Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by email, clearly stating your order number and contact details.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Any returned product that is damaged, dirty, or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code) include, in particular:

  • Goods made to order or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at commercial@sanizeo.com to report your intention to return a product.
  2. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item back to us.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
  • If the product was paid for with a gift card or store credit, store credit will be issued for the corresponding amount..

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours by email or phone, providing photos of the product along with your order number. We will inform you of the procedure to follow to return the item at no cost, and we commit to offering you a refund or replacement.
